EFFORTS TOWARDS HOPES

An average worker and even a hard worker usually have a very poor system of task prioritization in place. They want all work to be done. Smart workers, on the other hand, don't bother with most of the work they “should” do, but focus only on the tasks that bring the biggest long-term impact.
The idea that you should work smarter, not only harder isn't anything new. When talking about the difference between smart and hard work it's pretty simple to explain what working hard means. If you want to be successful in the long run, you have to put long hours into work.
