Yoga for Children

Develops a strong and flexible body. Increases balance, body awareness and coordination. Improves posture and alignment. Develops core strength, essential for good posture and correct physical alignment. Here we do have an special assembly thrice in a week for young kids to get all the mental enhancement and values within.
